Coreen forces my body to face her. The worry was evident on her pale freckled face. I could see that from the look on her face.
“You okay? I kept calling you out, but you didn’t hear me. Is there something going on that you can’t tell me?” She was crossing her arms at me and pouting.
I shook my head and apologized. “Sorry, there’s something that’s been bugging me lately…”
“Something or someone?” It’s more of the latter. The guy you call your friend has been harassing me for the past few days.
