The weekends went by in a flash. I accomplished a lot on my to-do list over two days. Like buying my judo uniform, building up some stamina, doing homework (not sure if the answers were correct), and telling Lucas that I don’t need his help anymore about Piston.
He was suspicious at first as to why I gave up on it, but I made him believe it anyway.
Also, I’ve spent the whole weekend avoiding Sage. He texted me if I got back safely when I came to visit his place. He sent a bunch of other messages, but I haven’t replied to any of them.
I was too embarrassed to even open any. He was acting casual as if nothing happened. I hate the fact that I’m acting like a teenager who got her first kiss taken away. And what I hate the most here is the fact that I kind of like it.
