Sage always loathed coming to the Pravis mansion, whether it was the suffocating air or the people residing there. The only thing that made him tolerate these visits was the connection he had with the people who had raised him before he moved out.
"We're here, Young Master," Chief Franz informed, noting a change in Sage. While visible displeasure still lingered on his face, it wasn't as intense as it used to be. Chief Franz couldn't help but observe that Sage seemed preoccupied with his phone as if awaiting a call or text. Normally, Sage would gaze out the window with vacant eyes.
