I did not know what to expect as I followed Amara down to the place where she was going to take me. My inner monologue was screaming for me to not follow her, but the things that she wanted to tell me were some of the biggest questions I wanted to be answered for me, like how the hell she looked exactly like Alana, and why she had been away from me. I also needed to find out how the hell she became a vampire because all of this was not adding up.
The stroll to the destination was not that long. We approached a cave, which looked creepy to me but I was an alpha and I could protect myself.
