 Lisa saw Mindy " Wait . . . . wait a minute . I know you . I have seen you somewhere . "

Tyler says " Yes you have , she . . . . " 

Lisa interrupts in between " Shh . . . . . I can figure it out myself . Oh yes you are Mindy , aren't you ? "

" Yes ! " Mindy answered in an uncomfortable , flat voice .

" I have heard a lot about you from Tyler . It is nice to finally meet you . Oh you don't know me . My bad , I should have introduced myself first . I am Lisa . " She extended her hand for a handshake . Mindy gave a stare to Tyler that made him uncomfortable . He was trying to figure out what was going on with her . Mindy wondered what Tyler told this girl about her . Mindy left him obviously he was not going to shower good words about her . She shook hands with her .

" Lisa ? " Mindy whispered , so Mindy saw Tyler with Lisa . He seemed to be very comfortable and frank with her . She observed her from top to bottom wondering what was in her that made Tyler forget about Mindy . At least Mindy owe may be a small but still a mourning period .

" Lisa is my grandmother's neighbor and my friend  . She moved here this morning because of some work . I am showing her around . "

" And you thought that the best place in this town is this old library , come on Tyler . " Mindy said it smiling . Turns out , it is harder to put on a fake smile rather than holding back fake tears .

" No actually I asked Tyler to take me the library . I am an aspiring writer . And where else will a writer find peace if not with books . " 

" Oh I see " She looked at Lisa and then at Tyler " I guess I should leave now . "

Tyler felt something , was Mindy jealous of Lisa . Then he said to him no she is not , but what if she really is ! He can't let it go easily . He will have to find out .

He holds Mindy's hand " I think you should stay for a while . actually Beth was asking about you . May be all of us can have some coffee and we can gossip . You know you , me , Beth and Lisa . " 

Mindy was getting uncomfortable every time she heard someone else's name from Tyler . She pulled back her hand not in a way that will show that she was getting uncomfortable but at the same time it showed that Mindy had no interest in staying there or getting engaged in conversations " I will love to but I have to be some where ? "

" Where with Alex ? " Tyler said in a serious tone but then he laughed saying that he was just teasing while Mindy knew that he was not . He knew very well that there was no Alex in Mindy's life . 

" No actually I have to be some where . I had some time to crash so I stopped here but now I am getting late . " Now Tyler could clearly see that Mindy was trying to avoid Lisa . He decided to use that against her after all he was holding a grudge against Mindy .

Beth saw Mindy , she waved to her . Oh no Mindy got screwed , she knew that Beth will force her to stay for a while and she won't be able to say no . Unwillingly she waved her back . Beth was coming to them . What an unexpected and unwanted reunion . 

Beth hugged Mindy " Oh my girl , You look prettier that before . How are you ? And you don't have even five minutes to stop by . "

Mindy wanted to avoid this unwanted bonding time but she was happy to meet Beth because she knew that Beth really cared about her and she always had " It is goo to see you Beth . Work keeps me occupied so I am hardly able to spare a second . Today I had time and see this is the first place that came to my mind . "

Beth then realizes that Tyler and Mindy broke up " I am sorry . I hope it is not uncomfortable for you both . Tyler told me that you both are not together now . "

Mindy thought to herself that Tyler even told Beth that they both were not together . He must have told her that Mindy betrayed him for some body else or even worse what if he told her about the whole pregnancy thing . No , he won't do that . He will never let Mindy down just to prove that he is the better one or the innocent one . He will never do anything to hurt her intentionally . And that's what makes him the bigger person .

" Of course we are not uncomfortable . We were friends before becoming something more than that and now we can go back to that phase . How hard can it be ? We both are happy for each other that finally we both are moving on maybe with people more of our type . " Tyler said to Beth but his eyes were on Mindy noticing her expressions . 

" Yes , of course . " Mindy tried to act as calm as she could but what the hell Tyler meant when he said that they both are moving on with people more of their type . What did he wanted to say that Mindy was not his type ? She is more like him than anyone else in the world . She understands him more than anyone could ever .

Tyler puts his arm around Lisa " Beth this is Lisa , my very good friend and Lisa she is Beth as you know what you don't know is that she is the best person in the world . " 

' Why was Tyler getting too cozy with Lisa ? ' Mindy thought to herself . Tyler never liked the concept of PDA and Mindy never saw him getting too friendly with anyone . Tyler was sure by now that Mindy was getting jealous of Lisa . Why does she care if Tyler is with somebody else ? Why will she get jealous if she had no feelings for Tyler ? The way she was acting weird was in a way clarifying his doubts . She was avoiding eye contact with Tyler and every time Tyler brought up Lisa she tried to change the topic . 

Maybe deep down Mindy still had feelings for him . Tyler didn't knew how to react on this . He didn't wanted to give a lot of hopes to his heart because what if everything that he was thinking was just his stupid thoughts and there were in no way related to Mindy's feelings . He was tired of getting hurt every time but still he wanted to dig it too its root .

Beth offered them coffee . They sat around a round table . They talked about old days . Just to make Mindy jealous Tyler was acting too friendly with Lisa . He used to hold his hand , laugh at her lame jokes when he never laughed at any joke that Mindy told him . He put her hair back when they came on her shoulders .

He noticed that at times Mindy even wiped her tears . She tried to make sure that no one watching her . Ones she fell her phone just so she could bent down and wipe her tears so that no one will notice it . But Tyler was able to read her eyes .

After a point Lisa also realized that Tyler was acting weird and she suspected that it had something to do with Mindy . Beth got an important call so she left the trio .

" Where do you live Mindy ? It was good to talk to you . May be we can get together again someday . We can go shopping . I don't know anyone here of course other than Tyler . " Lisa asked her

" Apartment 24 , Crossroad street . "

" Ok that's exactly where I live , which floor ? Isn't it strange that we both live in the same building yet we both never crossed paths . "

" Fifth floor . "

" You gotta be kidding now . "

" Wait are you her sweet neighbor that brought cookies . " Tyler asked her .
