Xavier was shut out mercilessly by Rebecca. He touched his nose ruefully, letting out a soft chuckle. She truly, as expected, didn't take a liking to him. Xavier didn't linger. He turned and walked downstairs. However, after a few steps, he suddenly stopped, slowly turning around at the bottom of the stairs. He stared at Rebecca's room, his brow furrowed. Something wasn't right. Rebecca had been inside for quite a while, yet no light seeped from under the door. Xavier spat out his chewing gum and strolled back to Rebecca's door, knocking roughly as usual. "Open up, Rebecca."
