Episode 2b

Once they were redressed, they relocated to the living room following the girls. As Shigure sat down he addressed the girls again, "Sorry about that. It must've come as quite a shock to you. Now, then, are you feeling a bit calmer?" He asked Tohru.

Tohru looked down a bit sheepish and a bit embarrassed for her panic attack earlier, "I think so, but it's kind of a lot to take in." Truthfully they were both a bit overwhelmed. Suddenly Tohru gasped, though she didn't speak out loud, Lily could tell what she was thinking about. Something along the lines of, "Of course! That must be why Soma shoved away that girl who tried to hug him" from their conversation in school.

Lily noticed the suddenly mischievous look in Shigure eyes, "I have to say, that was a pretty pathetic showing, Kyo. I mean, you are a trained martial artist. Shouldn't it be a little harder for a girl to sneak up on you? You really have eyes for no one but Yuki, don't you?" He teased the ginger who was staying quiet and sulking with his back towards them. Each question added a tick mark and he shook trying to hold back.

"Don't make it sound like that! It's not my fault! You're the ones who let girls into this house! Why are they even here?!" Kyo exploded not being able to hold it anymore, scaring Lily and Tohru a bit.

Yuki quickly spoke refuting his comment, "Calm Yourself. You have absolutely no say in who we allow to come in the house. You're an outsider." Lily still being a bit tired leaned her head on the table and watched their interaction.

Kyo angrily grunts and shouts, "Shut up!" while splitting the table in half. Realizing what he did, he said a soft "Oh, crap."

Shigure and Yuki gasp in surprise seeing Torhu's forehead bleed and the side of lily's head by her temple bleeding badly.

Shigure got up to closer inspect their wounds, "Is that blood?"

Tohru looks surprised and looks up to try to see the wound, while Lily holds the side of her head tightly applying pressure, "Huh? I'm bleeding? You're bleeding too?" she says starting to panic again.

Shigure rushed around as he says, "Oh, dear, we should get a bandage on that immediately."

Lily just shrugged picking up her broken glasses and watched Shigure get the first aid kit and when he came to her first since it was bleeding badly, she just shook her head softly and pointed at Tohru, " Her first". Shigure sighed but followed her directions instead of arguing.

Suddenly Yuki backhands Kyo hard enough both girls heard it, Tohru gasped stopping her panic attack and Lily looked surprised. She turned back to see Shigure's reaction, but Shigure just looked like he was used to it.

Yuki unbuttons the top buttons on his shirt as he spoke, "I knew you were a moron, but I didn't think you were that stupid. Out of respect for the sheer depth of your idiocy, I'll do you a favor and fight you for real. So... please try not to bore me." He finished and got into a fighting pose.

Although Kyo felt bad, he took Yuki up on his challenge "Give it all you've got you little girly boy!" he said getting all fired up again.

Tohru asked worriedly seeing them begin to fight, "Are they...?"

Shigure responded nonchalantly, "Oh, this is normal. Get them in a room together and they're bound to go off. You know like fire and gasoline."

"That's a terrible analogy", Lily responded softly getting a bit dizzy.

"Uh, okay, but shouldn't we try to stop them?", Tohru asked even more worried now, but Shigure just gently turned her head back towards him to finish applying the bandage after he cleaned it.

"Oh, let them spar. I assure you, they'll be done soon. Yuki will win. Like he always does." His eyes held a knowing glint and something else Lily wasn't able to catch before he changed it. "Now you my little flower, come."

Shigure cleaned as much blood as he could, and carefully bandaged the side of her head just as Kyo gasps from misinterpreting Yuki's move. Which resulted in the finishing kick sending him straight into the koi pond in the yard. Both girls couldn't help but be amazed.

"Just as I feared. You were a bore." Yuki said after winning and walked back inside to check on the girls.

Lily couldn't help but say, "That was kinda Hot" earning a blush from Yuki and a chuckle from Shigure who was still cleaning the blood off her face that he missed.

Tohru and Shigure spoke at the same time next. While she expressed her amazement by saying, " Wow. He went flying." Shigure expressed his displeasure at the two boys breaking the table and screen, "It's like the two of you are trying to trash my house."

Yuki approached Tohru who was the closest making sure she was alright, "Oh, I'm totally fine, really. Don't worry, It was just a bump. Lily's was more serious anyway. But is he okay?" She asked referring to the ginger who still hasn't come up for air.

Yuki moved on to checking on Lily who just gave him a dimpled filled smile making him blush again. "Prob'ly. Yes, I'm sure he'll be fine." He said that just as Kyo finally came up and just rested on the side of the pond, "There, you see?"

"Thank you Shigure for fixing us up" Lily turned her smile onto him and he returned it with one of his own while admiring hers.

Tohru looked deep in thought while staring at Yuki a bit, suddenly she gasped, "Oh my gosh, we have to hurry or we'll be late to class! I'm sorry for us running off like this but it's important to us to go to school every day, I hope you understand." She said all while grabbing Lily's hand and standing up from the destroyed table.

Shigure just smiled gently while responding, "Yes, you girls did promise your late mother. Don't apologize. Though, I should let you both know, I will have to report that you two witnessed our transformation to Akito, the family head." Lily noticed that Yuki froze in place but she didn't dwell on it knowing it wasn't her place to ask.

Both Tohru and Lily tilted their heads slightly, but Tohru responded, "Family head? Wow, that sounds important. 'Kay, we understand. I guess we should go change our clothes now." She pointed out referring to the clothes that wasn't theirs that they wore to bed.

Shigure nodded subtly checking Lily out one more time in his shirt, "Of course." With that both girls walked away.
