Rescue

Due to heavy traffic, Viren lost track of Priya. He opened his phone and started tracking Priya. With little difficulty, he reached the cafe. His eyes were searching for Priya. Due to unknown reasons , his tracking device was not working in the vicinity of the cafe. He feels a tap on his shoulder, he turns to find that the server was tapping on his shoulder.

“Sir, are you searching for someone?

“Yes, my friend has asked me to meet here. I can't find her. I was supposed to meet her half an hour before but got stuck in traffic”

“Was she with a stroller”?

“Yes, she was. Did you see her? Can you tell me where she is?”

“She didn't hang around here . As you were saying you were supposed to meet her . How do I believe that you are not any imposter”.

“She asked me to call her once I reached here, she would then tell me where to meet. Her phone is unreachable. Please help me”

“I think you are telling the truth. Go straight through that green gate and at the far end you will find a warehouse, that is where she went.”

After thanking the server Viren dashed to the warehouse. The scene disgusted him. Pratap was touching Priya inappropriately. His eyes were full of l**t and had an evil smirk on his face. Priya’s mouth was closed with tape.

“You won't call your boss's name, you will only moan my name. By now he must have returned from the cafe thinking that you had returned after giving me the money. You are only mine. Never in your life, anyone would touch you”.

He slides his hand in her top and pinches her waist harshly. Unbuttoning her jeans button he opens it revealing her undies. Pratap picks up a scissor and slashes her top. Viren was having a hard time seeing all this. He was trying to find a way to save Priya. Although he was not her lover he was a human being with a conscience and he couldn't bear to see his employee in such a pathetic condition. He was able to see Priya but being alone was unable to do anything. He was feeling helpless. Somebody running towards him attracts his attention. The person comes near him, and he realises that he was the same server from the cafe.

"Sir, do you need help?"

"Yes, my friend is inside and there are men who are misbehaving with her."

"Do as I tell you? I will attract their attention and you go to that side where there is a foyer which is near that room. Go fast and save your friend".

Viren ran to that side and executed as he was instructed. With just one kick he opened the door. Pratap's smirks widened on seeing Viren.

" Loverboy is here to save his girlfriend but do you realise that you have entered the lion's den and wouldn't go out alive."

Viren doesn't reply, instead keeps on moving toward him. Pratap punches at Viren which the latter dodges, taking the advantage of the situation Viren kicks Pratap on his crotch. He hisses in pain, and in an instant, Viren flees to Priya and frees her. As they were about to flee, Pratap regains his composure and keeps his revolver on Viren's forehead. The sound of the g*n echoes throughout the room. Priya was about to fall when two strong arms caught her.

To her utter surprise, it was Viren who caught her. She touches his face to confirm that she is not dreaming. The room was filled with men in uniform. The realisation hit them that it was not Viren who was shot but Pratap, who was now handcuffed and dragged by one of the men. The officer came to them. Upon seeing him approaching, Priya hid in the posterior of Viren. Instantly Viren takes his shirt off and wraps it around Priya.

“Miss Priya and Mr Singh, are you both alright? Mr Singh, we need to take Miss Priya’s statement”

“Officer, if it's alright with you then can she come after some time to the police station and give her statement. She had a traumatic experience and is still in pathetic condition”.

“Mr Singh, this is a protocol. We have to take her statement and then send her for physical examination”

“I’m fine, Virenji. I am ready to give my statement. Sir, please make sure he gets the hardest punishment”

“Miss Priya, we will try our best. Your cooperation is key to it”.

“Sir, can I come with Viren Ji”.

The officer nodded and went off. Viren comforted Priya and brought her to his car. Priya texted her sister that everything went well and she is on her way to her office with Viren.

"Can I ask you something?" When he got a nod he spoke once again." why aren't you telling the truth to your family?"

"I don't want to get them anxious over me."

They drove in silence. Priya gave her statement at the police station and had her physical examination in the hospital. By the time they finished everything, it was late afternoon. Viren took her to his penthouse above their office.

"Priya, go and take a shower, and wear these, by that time I will arrange some decent clothes for you and something to eat". He handed her his sweatpants and a t-shirt.

Priya hopped into the hot shower and started scrubbing her body vigorously. She was feeling disgusted over her body.

" I wish I could wash his hands on my body. His touch disgusted me. I still feel his disgusting lips on me. It gives me a creepy feeling. Wish I could change everything." thinking about all this she scrubbed her skin so harshly that it had evolved with ruddy patches.

After a while, she came out and wore the clothes Viren had given her.

She heard the door close, fearing the worst she grabbed the flower vase and came near the door. The door of the room opened, she raised her hand to hit the intruder but her hand was caught in the middle, she opened her eyes to find Viren standing there.

" I don't want to die so soon "he chuckled.

" I thought there was an intruder".Priya embarrassingly told Viren.

"Do I look like an intruder? Come let's eat and I have brought clothes for you, which you can change and then I will drop you at your house."

"Hmmmmm."

"What? Do you want to ask something?"

"How do you, I mean you said you bought my clothes, but I mean you know, how did you bought, huh you are a man so you know I'm a lady so how, I mean will they fit me"

"Don't worry. I didn't buy it, I had asked Sarita, your friend in the HR department."

They ate in silence. It was getting late so Viren dropped Priya at her residence. Priya made the excuse of tiredness and went to her room. Puneet came to her room and thanked her for saving him. Both of them hugged each other and bid good night and went to sleep.

Priya felt that someone was caressing her cheek and then kissed her harshly. Her clothes were ripped and she was running. A man was laughing hysterically. He catches her and pulls her remaining clothes. She was screaming for help but there was nobody. She was feeling helpless.
