Careful and Clean at Work

Mark is a colleague of mine in the office, intelligent, clean, and kind. He enjoys sports like basketball and table tennis, and when they have no work at the office, they go to the table tennis court to play. Sometimes he invited me to join them, but I declined as I am not fond of table tennis.
He has undergone surgery in the stomach due to his fondness for salty foods like junk foods and chicharon bulaklak.
He loves to chat, especially about science and history, and he is very knowledgeable in these areas. When you talk to him on the phone, you can have a conversation for hours as he never runs out of things to say.
He keeps his belongings very clean, even his scooter is always spotless as he cleans it regularly.
Sometimes he sells cookies because his wife knows how to bake them.
He was once scammed, receiving a message from his aunt asking for money, and he immediately gave her 3k without knowing that his aunt's account was hacked and used for deception. When he found out, he felt disheartened because he lost the money that he needed for work expenses.
I still remember when he and his wife got married, they spent a huge amount on the wedding, inviting almost all of their family and friends. I jokingly thought back then how difficult it is to get married, as it requires a significant amount of money, reaching half a million that the couple spent.
