Mira's Sitting Room
"Good morning mom"Mira greeted as she walked up to the dinning table.
"Mira my daughter come give mummy a good morning kiss"her mom replied as she pecked her and sat down
"Good morning aunty Mira"Taira her younger sister greeted
"How was your night little sister"she asked caressing her cheek
"Mira my daughter,i have something to tell you"her mom said drawing the attention of her two daughters
"i'm all ears mom"Mira replied
"Mira my daughter,you knew your father held debts before his death and i succeeded in paying some but there is one i can't pay because selling the whole company would not be enough to pay the debt and now the issue is that the lender does'nt want to take the money again..."she said
"That's nice who is the man so we can all appreciate him?"Mira asked
"Yes my daughter,but the man said he wants a different thing not money anymore"her mom said
"what is that?"kierra asked
"Yes mom what is that which the man i asking for?"Mira asked
"it's you my daughter,the man is on his way to come pick you"her mom replied to the surprise of both her daughter
"Do mean me?"Mira asked
"Yes darling,he does'nt want the money bit you.I pleaded with him but he refused to change his mind"her mom said crying
"Is this how my life would end?Is this how my dream of being a female programmer would die?"she thought to herself as she glance at her mom.
"Mom it's alright,i would go but promise me you guys would be alright?she said
"Aunty Mira don't tell me you are leaving me and mom here"her sister asked
"No little sister,i'm always here"she replied as she pat her head
"its alright i would be..."she could not finish her words as the door cracked opened and two men putting on black suits walked in before Dev a huge handsome mafia boss walked in.
"Good morning Mr.Dev"her mom greeted offering him a seat to sit down
"Mira my daughter thus is Mr Dev the mab i was talking about"her mom said as she was staring at the so called Dev
"Good morning Mr Dev"she greeted
"I thought you won't greet me"he spoke finally while staring at her
"My sister is going no where with you,Mr Dev"kierra said with boldness in her voice
"Little pumpkin when elders are discussing don't involve yourself"he said smiling as he fixed his gaze back to Mira.
