I can’t really give a categorical answer to your question. Sometimes life is not black and white. I think the best solution is whatever your heart tells you. It’s good to listen to the opinions and advice of others, but the decision is yours, and you have to bear the consequences, too.
Nobody is in your shoes and nobody feels what you go through. You have every right to be disappointed and angry. I understand that you want to see her now, but in a couple of weeks you can listen to what your (ex)friend has to tell you. Do it if you think it is the right decision and not because others tell you. She may tell you something that will make you forgive her.
