The men radiated pure bloodlust as he faced us. Lulu and I prepared to fight, but my mind suddenly calmed. I thought rationally. No, rather, I thought like Elaine. I grabbed Lulu's shoulder, shook my head for her to stop, and glanced down at Elaine's body. "Get up!" I yelled. "What gave it away?" Elaine said, standing up, annoyed. "Sorry, Miss Elaine," the man said, his voice softer than Lulu and not matching his aura at all. "I told you I can't be menacing like you said." "Oh, Hadi, you did fine!
