Sophie POV
Sitting in the garden with the heat upon my face i genuinely felt so calm. I had never felt as loved and appreciated as i do now in this current moment in time. The last 2 weeks had been a blur of introductions, from members of my soon to be family, to each member of the pack. Each one as happy and eager to meet me as the one before. Little did i know, this amazing bubble of happiness was soon to burst.
Jake "Hello, earth to Sophie. Are you still with me, or are you silently planning your run to the hill?"
Sophie "Don't be so silly! I wouldn't dream of it, your mother has already paid the caterer. And nobody wants to deal with her wrath! "
Jake "That is true. It's such a good job you're not materialistic. It's gave my whole family something to do planning this ceremony. Between you letting my mother take over all preperations, to letting my one and only sister be involved in the bridal party with Caroline. I only hope i can make you as happy as you have me, my soon be beautiful Luna."
Hmm beautiful Luna, i have to admit i definitely didn't mind the title. I could always see myself as being an Alpha, but not since my father had passed. I quickly learnt from Malcolm that it would never be possible, so therefore completely shunned the idea. The thought of being Luna of a pack somehow never crossed my mind. Jake's parents, Henry and Esther were both such amazing leaders together it really was awe inspiring. I'm hoping once the ceremony has come and gone i can spend some time with Esther to learn about becoming luna, weirdly my mother hadn't thought to prepare me much for any serious role in the pack, it bugged me how much that bothered me.
Realising the time i started to get up and move, to no suprise Jake's arms where around me instantly, not that i minded.
Jake "Excuse me wife where do you think your off to? I purposfully cleared my schedule to come laze around this pool with you and you're ready to abandon me already, who is he?" He said with a sulking face.
Sophie "Well, as your mother likes to remind me, often i might add, she was alot more to give in the bust area than me. Another of my many flaws she has chosen to remind me i have!" I was only slightly annoyed, it didn't bother me much what she thought anymore. I have learnt over the few weeks it really was just the way she communicated. Very critical of everything and everyone, but deep down it all came from a loving place and she wasn't ever saying these things to be harsh, she just simply like to tell it how it was, she had no time to coddle feelings.
Sophie "So, my lovely lack of breast are off to meet your mother and sister at the seamstress to bring in her dress. We really don't have that long until the ceremony. Only a few more weeks."
Jake "Screw the dress, screw my mother, lets keep you and what i think are the most perfect perky breast here. I promise i will treat them alot better." He said with a cheeky boyish grin and wink.
Sophie "As tempting as that is, she would kill us both and you know it!"
One last kiss to Jake i grudgingly dragged myself off the sun lounger and gathered up my things.
Jake POV
Urgh, i hate when she leaves. It feels like a part of me is being dragged away everytime. Ever since our first night together my whole perception had changed. The girls i thought i enjoyed the company with, and believe me there were a few dozen, they nolonger mattered. As i lay back in my chair, i closed my eyes and let my mind drift.
As my eyes opened, the room around me became clear. Walls draped from ceiling to floor with the most lavish silks, a sweet scent graced the air with its fragrance, causing me to exhale with ecstacy. Her lips slowly working their way back from my manhood, up and across my chest, around to my neck, the light chased kisses working their way back up to me. As i looked down her vibrant red hair came into to view, at first a shock but then recongition. Charlotte, yes, we had a lot of fun together!
As i enjoyed exploring her further, a voice in the back of my own head was screaming. This is wrong isn't it? But why should it be, we've laid together many times. Charlotte may want to become my luna but she also knows deep down it will never happen. My mother hates her for one.
Wait, why am i currently thinking of my mother? Wasn't she supposed to alter her dress for Charlotte, wait no that can't be right. I could feel my own self conscious trying to push through, it was like an invisible barrier had been put there, but the kiss it felt so good, so familiar.
No there was definately something wrong here. I could feel my head going foggy, like i wanted to sleep. Wait wasn't i already asleep?
I instantly jumped up from my sun lounger, fully aware that that was not a dream! And as predicted one glance down at my phone provided the envidence!

That little witch!
Sophie POV
As i stood looking in the mirror, it started to feel real. I could barely hear the conversation behind me from Esther and Melissa, Jake's sister. The dress was beautiful, it amazed me how something as old as this, that had been passed down 3 generation could still look so elegant and timeless. The lace around the neckline had been altered in a way to pull it into these era. The train just long enough to elegantly drape along the floor, it was perfect.
"oh mummy, doesn't she look amazing" said Melissa. She was only 15 but seemed so much older somehow. She and Jake were a few years apart. I had learnt recently that he had spent the last few years looking after her while his parents had done some travelling, they liked to visit the older packs around the country which they had alliances with.
"Yes yes darling she looks absolutely stunning. Now give me a little twirl Sophie, i need to see how you move in the dress. Can't have you falling flat on your face in front of the elders now can we!" Replied Esther.
The next few hours were spent twirling, walking, running up and down the dress shop in diferent size heels. Playing dress up with every item of jewellery the poor lady in the dress shop owned and me trying to not pull a sour face every 5 minutes. Unfortunately for Jake's mum i wasn't the most graceful in heels and thanks to the many mirrors placed around the shop she now was aware of how much i detested shopping. After taking off the 100th veil she finally sighed and sent me on my way. We had the dress altered to perfection, the smallest of heels chosen and despite my many attempts to say no, we also had a rather long veil. Which i'm certain she chose on purpose! She just kept repeating "Tradition is tradition my dear."
"Seriously i never knew planning a ceremony like this could be such a headache, i thought these things were meant to fun! " I moaned to Caroline laterthat evening while sipping some prosecco.
"Well, i think for most it's amazing. You just don't know how to enjoy yourself!" Caroline replied.
"Oh my goddess! Best idea ever!" Caroline put down her glass and took out her phone.
"It's time to sort you a bachelorette party!!"
