Chapter SixDuring the twelve minutes it’s taken to run inside the building, collect Jess and her belongings, and watch her give goodbye hugs to every child and teacher still there, the sky has managed to progress from your average, lazy prelude to a late-summer storm, to a pissed off collection of cumulonimbus clouds, all straight-jacketed in rage and wrath, and threatening an apocalyptic-like end to rush hour traffic.
