The following morning, I prepared to leave. I didn't take a shower, but I got dressed and did my hair and makeup. I didn't want Rosy or Demetrius to see me defeated. When I went downstairs, I only saw Demetrius sitting at the table, sipping on his morning blood bag. He didn't even acknowledge me as I went to the fridge to grab something to eat.
