I spent the day catching up with Elle and Annie. Elle took us on a shopping spree as she usually does whenever I am stressed. My daughter was so excited she bought so many toys and dresses without a worry. I was too emotionally tired to argue with her and control her shopping. We ended up eating out at a cosy corner restaurant. It was so peaceful. A couple of hours later, I walked back into the hospital to check up on Mike.
