Colin wandered around the party to chat with a few acquaintances. He discovered that he wasn't the only one that had noticed gorgeous redheads. His friend, Filippo, had found out that her name was Paige Spencer and she was from New York. That was at least a start. He slipped off to wait for what seemed to be an eternity for Evan and Paige Spencer to emerge from the garden.
She came in alone and seemed upset for a moment. Her bottom lip was trembling and her eyes seemed to sparkle with anger or tears. He couldn't make out which it was. He watched her down her champagne.
