Chole's POV
He took my hand in his. The weather was cold but his hand was hot. I withdrew my hand at once. The electrifying feelings were coming up again and it was getting darker.
Not another day to fight with a wounded bear. I rebuke that.
“I want to show you something,” he said.
“ And if I refuse?” I asked with a smile.
There was no way I could refuse him. His green eyes had already locked me in its cage.
I refused to look into his eyes.
“ You can only follow me... there’s no one around besides the two of us on this lane," he said. I looked around me. Truly there was no one around us.
We had walked a long distance and he had said that he wanted to have some fun. I wondered where the venue was. That's the only reason I'm following him though.
