Chloe's POV
I just lost my chance to get to Malia. Colton held me in place, in his arms to be precise.
There was no one around and he was very free with it.
"Seems like you were looking for something or someone" he said. I drew back from his body, and rated my head on his arms.
"Kind of… but you made me lose the person" I said.
"Who?" He asked, his eyes lighting up with curiosity. I folded my arms across my chest. I pouted my lips. I can't possibly tell him that I'm spying on his sister and I don't trust her.
That would mean a lot and do a lot at the same time so it's best if I keep shut.
"Nothing you should be worried about," I said with a radiant smile. He seemed to buy it though after watching my face for a while.
His eyes seemed to darken a bit but he still believed me after
