Chloe's POV
First duty in council
Today would have been like any other day besides the fact that Colton carried me out of the bed and into the confinement of his arms as he took me to the shower.
My sleepy eyes pulled open at once,
"Finally you woke up" he whispered in my ears, which were turning red at the moment. I gave him a puzzled look.
"Surprised?" He asked. Of course I was, seeing that we were in the bathroom together and he wanted to get me undressed. Does he want to do it now?.
"Hun, just take your bath and I will do mine afterwards" I managed to say before he pulled off his shirt but he wasn't buying that.
"You have to attend the council meeting, if you want to become a member of the council and since it's your first day, you need to be on time" he drawled. OK… no one
