With the jousting tournament over, The Lion granted the pages time to enjoy themselves. They ran to watch the Way Back Buskers and other entertainment acts. There were a lot of people, more than they had imagined possible; the faire being too big for the Lion to sponsor just by himself. The Lion's castle provided a authentic drawing point, an excuse to have the faire. The Anachronistic Society organized the event, but the pages were not involved with it. The pages being the personal representatives of the Lion allowed him to have a good amount of control over the events. The Lion ruled his castle with a firm hand, frequently giving orders for the pages or messages to carry. Tours of the castle were held and the pages conducted some of them.
