Autumn Leaves Part 1

The beginning of autumn had already begun when Isolde arrived at Arabella's capital, the city of Avery. The city of Avery is located on the north coast of Arabella with a tall lighthouse tower that is an icon of the city of Avery, which is also a place of guarding for navy army called the Sky Tower. Arriving at Avery, Isolde immediately went to the Sky Tower without regard to the welcome from the Arabella citizens of his arrival. The trees around the Sky Tower began to turn yellow and fall but that did not reduce the beauty of the scenery in the Sky Tower. Navy army troops have lined up to welcome their generals and prepare to get orders for war.

The wind was blowing hard enough that the fallen leaves flew and Isolde's hair swayed with the wind. Isolde looked at the ocean that could be seen clearly from in front of his standing. From a distance seen warships that were ready to fight. A commander gave his report to Isolde.

"General, Navy army's forces are ready to depart. Please give orders", said the commander excitedly.

During the trip Isolde had heard reports about everything that had happened while he was not yet in Arabella so Isolde quickly made up his mind and organized the troops. The troops who had prepared in advance at sea were only waiting for Isolde's orders to leave for the battlefield.

"Let's go now!", said Isolde firmly and immediately he walked towards the main battleship that was leaning in the harbor waiting for Isolde's arrival.

After Isolde came quickly the main battleship overtook the other warships that had been in the middle of the sea and had restrained the enemy's warships, behind the main battleships, other warships also followed along.

The first week of war both from the enemy and from Arabella's troops had not suffered significant damage because both of them were still only testing each other's strength. Because of this, Isolde was increasingly convinced that the leader of the enemy troops was no ordinary pirate and it was certain that the enemy's food supply was guaranteed so that they could carry out the war for a long time. It's different if only pirates tend to always fight with the fastest time as possible because pirates only have a limited supply of food and fuel.

In the second week, the main enemy warships began to appear and join the war. Now Isolde knows that behind the pirates is a prince from the opposite kingdom who brought his troops and disguised himself as a pirate and cooperated with the pirates to attack Arabella. This week also, a message from the kingdom of Ashley came and ordered Isolde to immediately end the war and prepare to lead the army together with the Crown Prince in the search for the Fire Dragon that had destroyed several villages in the Abizer Dukedom.

In the third week, Isolde had succeeded to capture the prince of the opposite kingdom and destroying their main battleship. But after that, reinforcements from the marine soldiers of the overseas kingdom came and openly started a war with Arabella and directly fought the Ashley Kingdom. Arabella sent a message to the kingdom and the kingdom immediately gave assistance by sending troops from the Ronan Dukedom led by the first son of the Duke Of Ronan, Walter de Ronan. However, the troops arrived late enough to cause a shortage of supplies and the Arabella troops were pushed back several kilometers from the Arabella sea boundary. In addition, Isolde suffered a fairly severe injury to his right leg after fighting against the Crown Prince of the opposite kingdom who led his army to save his younger brother, the second prince.

After a fierce battle for 4 days 5 nights finally the Crown Prince and the Second Prince from the opposite Kingdom were captured by Isolde and became a prisoner in Arabella and will be taken to the Ashley Kingdom prison in the royal capital, Harriet. Pirates who took part in the war were put on trial and imprisoned in the Arabella underwater prison and all their ships were destroyed. From the palace sent his representatives to send messages to the other kingdom along with some troops from Arabella and Ronan Dukedom.

After resting for two days, Isolde and Walter immediately assembled their troops and set off together for the town of Etta in the Abizer Dukedom to begin the search for the Fire Dragon. From the last message, it is known that after destroying the village and refuge in Sterre, the Fire dragon is no longer visible but it is most likely that the fire dragon has traveled through the forest to the southwest and is getting closer to Abizer's capital, Etta.

The troops brought by Isolde and Walter are elite troops with above average magic abilities, with a small number of troops and the ability to use magic, the journey to Etta can go faster using the magic door, in 3 days Isolde and Walter have arrived at Etta.

The morning sun had not yet appeared to welcome the day but Arzoo was already sitting facing the many documents that had filled his desk. Butler entered cautiously and put down the documents that Arzoo needed to study.

It had been a few days since the banquet and until now Arzoo was still waiting for King Akshant to summon Arzoo and discuss about the Fire Dragon. While waiting for Arzoo to take care of everything in the palace which would later become a stumbling block for him and his siblings. Because of that, Arzoo became very busy. Not only learning everything related to activities in the palace and the people in the palace, Arzoo even studied and found out about the activities of the nobles outside the palace. Arzoo carefully researched one by one until he found and released the intricate threads and put the puzzle pieces together one by one. Arzoo recalled the people who were under the concubines Eula and Aron, the nobles who supported and participated in the struggle for the throne at that time.

Just a few more steps and Arzoo will start doing the cleaning of the palace, with the support and power of his father, King Akshant then Arzoo can immediately carry out the cleaning. Arzoo saluted and said good morning before sitting down in his chair. The two of them were just silent and enjoying their breakfast until King Akshant finally ordered his assistant and butler to come out and leave him and Arzoo alone. Then in a low but clear voice, King Akshant said to Arzoo, “The legendary dragon from the past has appeared in Abizer and has caused damage and loss of life. Ordinary troops are unable to stop it only those with extraordinary magic power can stop it and may be able to match the dragon. Therefore, young nobles and knights with extraordinary magical talents will be gathered to fight the dragon. As the Crown Prince, what do you think if you take a part in stopping the dragon and leading the other young nobles?" .

Arzoo listened carefully, the same words in his previous life when King Akshant told about the Fire Dragon but at that time Arzoo innocently agreed without thinking about the cause and effect but this time it would be different.

Arzoo put down his fork which he was still holding and with a confident voice, Arzoo said, "Your Majesty, fighting dragons is a very dangerous thing. Not only when fighting dragons but also during the journey who knows what will be encountered".

King Akshant looked at Arzoo who was now silent and said in disbelief "Are you don't want to be take a part in this matter?".

Arzoo immediately shook his head and said, "That's not what I mean, Your Majesty. As a Crown Prince, of course I have to be take a part in dealing with the dragon problem. But there are many possibilities that will happen later when I am take a part in dealing with the dragon problem. So may I ask Your Majesty a few things?".

The king smiled and said more gently, "What does the Crown Prince want? Say it and I will think about it".

Arzoo smiled and lowered his head, then he said slowly but reassuringly and there was a sad and disappointed feeling in his voice, "Your Majesty, maybe what I'm about to say is very presumptuous but I hope Your Majesty can listen to it".

After Arzoo saw King Akshant's expression that seemed to agree, Arzoo continued, "I know that Consort Eula is your wife, Your Majesty and also my stepmother but I hope you don't trust her too much and give her the power like a Queen. And to Aron too. I want Your Majesty to take a careful care of the two of them as well as the people in the palace."

King Akshant's face looked the same and didn't show any anger or anything else and just gestured for Arzoo to continue his speech.

Arzoo slowly said his wish, "Your Majesty, while I'm away to take care of the dragon matter I want Consort Eula and Aron not to be in the same palace as you, Your Majesty. Then, Prince Aria, I want to take him to Calandia and get nurse and care directly by Princess Arzee. And lastly I want to get permission to change the workers in the inner palace especially those who work in the kitchen and medicine".

Seeing King Akshant who was just silent, Arzoo felt that the King might feel suspicious and strange with Arzoo's behavior and desires. The king looked at Arzoo before finally drinking his drink and said, "The affairs of the workers in the Inner Palace are the duty of the Queen and concubines, as the Crown Prince, it is not your part. Unless there is a strong reason for you to interfere".

The king looked at Arzoo who was silent and saw how sharp his son's eyes were, eyes that were no longer innocent and showed anger and hatred but also showed disappointment and sadness. The king felt that if his son was being very careful in his words and actions, the king had heard what Arzoo was doing these days but the king just kept quiet and watched him.

King Akshant said again softly and as if losing his side as a King and leaving only the side of a father, "I will think of your wishes".

After that, King Akshant immediately stood up and left Arzoo in the dining room alone. Arzoo just kept quiet and stared at the food in front of him which he had just eaten a little. And after King Akshant's footsteps could no longer be heard, Arzoo immediately vomited his food as if he had drained his entire stomach.

The yellowed leaves fell non-stop, the wind blew until Arzoo's hair covered part of his face. Blue ash hair that is shoulder length and part of his hair is tied up with a gold ribbon that contrasts with his hair. Arzoo wore a black military uniform with gold attributes, double-breasted coat and black trousers that looked very elegant and made everyone immediately know who the person was who was definitely part of the royal family. A royal blue sword with gold ornaments hanging from his waist too make him look perfect.

Arzoo just came out of the magic door in the city of Etta with several other people but with his handsome face Arzoo has already attracted many eyes and with his military uniform of royal family and handsome face plus very striking hair, Arzoo is sure to attract the attention of many people who see him. The look of disbelief, the look of envy, the gaze of admiration and the various gazes from the people who saw it all looked at Arzoo but Arzoo didn't care and just walked with his troops to the gathering place for the troops that would conduct the search for the Fire Dragon.

After hearing of Arabella's victory against pirates and the overseas kingdom, Arzoo can't wait to see Isolde again and when he hears that Isolde has left for Etta, Arzoo immediately gets ready to organize his work in the Palace and prepare the troops who will join in the search for the Fire Dragon with him and go to the city of Etta. The schedule for gathering in the city of Etta was still a week away but now Arzoo was standing in front of the entrance gate of the army barracks that were going to search for the Fire dragon.

Seeing Arzoo and his troops coming without any prior notification, the gatekeeper was immediately shocked and ordered his subordinates to summon the General in charge of the barracks, who was none other than Isolde de Arabella. Although Arzoo rarely appears in public and not many people know Arzoo's face, just by looking at his hair, everyone will know if he is a prince because the Royal Family in Ashley has Blue Ash hair which only direct descendants of the King can have. Even within the Royal Family, it is very rare to have Blue Ash hair like the previous Crown Prince who is none other than King Akshant's older brother who does not have blue ash hair but the same blonde color as his mother while King Akshant has blue ash hair. However, all the descendants of the King in the Ashley Kingdom have the same characteristic, is having sapphire colored eyes.

The gate opened and Arzoo's hopes of seeing the person he wanted to see first after the gate was opened immediately disappeared. The person who greeted him was not Isolde de Arabella but Walter de Ronan who looked dashing in the military uniform of the Ronan Dukedom in pine green and black which combined perfectly with his red hair that was different from the rest of the Ronan family which made him look even more charming.

Walter is only one year older than Arzoo but his body looks much more manly and muscular than Arzoo who tends to have a slim body with a small waist. Dukedom Ronan is not only famous for its military strength but what makes Dukedom Ronan more highly respected is its extraordinary medical ability and being a center for medical learning, one of which is the Calandia Medical Academy which is the number one medical academy in the Ashley Kingdom and even students at the Calandia Medical Academy is not only from the Ashley Kingdom but also the surrounding kingdoms as well.

Walter greeted Arzoo with the rest of the soldiers, "Welcome to the barracks, Your Highness Crown Prince".

Arzoo returned their greetings with a smile on his face even though Arzoo was really disappointed that Isolde wasn't the one who came to greet him. In his previous life, Isolde who greeted him with a cold face but this time Isolde wasn't here. Arzoo looked around and finally asked Walter who was walking one step behind him.

"I heard Duke Isolde is already here, where is he?", I asked while looking around the barracks.

Walter seemed surprised to hear Arzoo asking about Isolde because what Walter knew beforehand was that Arzoo really disliked Isolde which made him reluctant to hear Isolde's name. But because this time it was Arzoo who asked, Walter answered honestly, "His Grace Duke Isolde is currently in his room resting because Duke Isolde was injured in battle before and hasn't fully recovered".

Hearing this, Arzoo was immediately shocked because from the message he received there was no notification that Isolde was injured. Arzoo was so worried that he immediately asked Walter Isolde's room, "Where is Duke Isolde's room, show me".

Walter was obviously surprised because Arzoo wanted to go straight to Isolde's room but Walter was also afraid that Arzoo would harm Isolde even though Walter knew that Arzoo was a good prince but after all the relationship between the Royal Family and the Arabella Dukedom was not good considering the history of the two. Arzoo didn't care and just walked to find Isolde's room by asking the soldier who were on guard. "Your Highness Crown Prince", said Leone who walked over while saluting Arzoo.

Seeing Leone, Arzoo was immediately happy and asked Leone to show Isolde's room and obviously he was happy to escort Arzoo to Isolde's room. Walter and the rest of the soldiers are confused after being abandoned by their Crown Prince.

Leone, who initially had doubts about Arzoo, after seeing the interaction between the two at the banquet and the support given by the Crown Prince during battle before clearly made him change his mind and plus when he found out that Arzoo had arrived earlier than scheduled and the first person that he look for was Isolde, Leone became more confident with Arzoo. Since Arzoo arrived at the barracks, Leone had actually been observing him from afar and just by looking at Arzoo's expression when he didn't see Isolde who greeted him which was clearly the same as Isolde's expression if he didn't meet Arzoo. Then someone like Leone who was very sensitive when reading people's expressions immediately knew the meaning of that expression.

"Knock knock knock", Leone knocked on the door slowly.

The rooms in the military barracks are clearly very different from the rooms in the royal army dormitories, very simple. And this was definitely still much better than the military barracks on the battlefield which consisted of only tents.

"General, this is Leone," said Leone.

"Enter", after a while Isolde's voice from inside the room answered quietly.

Leone looked at Arzoo and opened the door to Isolde's room, "Please come in, Your Highness".

Arzoo came in and saw Isolde who was only wearing a loose robe that exposed his broad chest, his hair which was usually tied up now just fell down and looked a bit messy. Isolde who was sitting at his desk was surprised to see that the person who entered his room was Arzoo. Isolde immediately got up from his chair and his pale face looked shocked and looked Arzoo up and down and vice versa as if to confirm the person in front of him.

Arzoo saw Isolde who was like that for some reason suddenly felt the temperature in the room rise and made him feel hot.

"Your Highness", said Isolde.
