Looking over Aurora as she sleeps I can’t help but worry, I love this woman but I’m f*****g things up at every turn and I’m actually starting to ask myself if I make her happy. I feel my phone vibrate and step outside.
“Yeah?” I head to my office. “No, tell them they have 24h to make a decision or we’re buying all their stock and they’ll be left with nothing.”
“Hey, I’m heading out.” She says coming into my office. I get up and kiss her forehead and she leaves. I also head to the office after a while to attend a couple of meetings.
