Ciro woke me up to tell me that we have to get going. I stood up and felt really good.  "Aaaah!" I stretched out my arms to warm up for the long walk.  "You seem cheery," says Ciro and looks a little oddly at me.  "Of course not, I just feel great!" I said. He shrugs it off and proceeds to take my arm and then carry me on his back.  "Wait! Ugh!" I tried to fight him off but his grip on my arms are tight.  "No use fighting," he said while laughing. "You still have to rest and walking will aggravate your body. You might feel better now but we don't know if the fever will come back later on."  "You don't have to do this. Your shoulder is still wounded. I'm sure every step hurts, Ciro" I said genuinely concerned.  "A little pain didn't kill anybody," is all he said.  I felt myself blu
