Chapter Seven Daniel tapped his finger on the bar. Katie smiled back at him as her mouth continued to jabber. She sure talked a lot. Her lips were pretty, soft, delicate, and plump. She moved her hands around a lot, as if it would help her get her point across. Her smile did something to his chest. Perhaps it was indigestion. Her smile spread wide, with sparkling white teeth glittering against the dim bar light. Daniel was short on breath, and he blamed her teeth. He wondered why she wasn’t short on breath.
