Lexi and Derek strode in sync toward Adolpho’s and she allowed him to open the door for her. She’d picked the place because she’d heard it was good and tough to get in without a reservation.
Since he’d agreed so quickly, she was certain Derek wasn’t aware of their reputation. Walking to the hostess stand, Lexi was fully prepared to leave once they were told reservations were two months out. She chuckled to herself. She wasn’t making it easy for him.
