Chapter Fourteen
Derek walked into the lab for the team meeting Fredrick had called. The space held gadgets, wiring, and raw materials; some areas were divided by glass partitions. This was the heart of Vigers, and Derek knew for a fact the room had been insulated in a way to prevent any electronic eavesdropping.
As Fredrick had asked, Derek set up the meeting to be in the lab so that everyone could see firsthand the technology and get an update on new products, specifically those centered on data security.
He was no dummy and realized Fredrick was getting ready for a big ask. Probably money for more equipment and personnel.
