Elenora POV I grimaced as Chandra tied the corset tighter. “How am I supposed to participate in the Luna ceremony if I can’t breathe?” She laughed. “This isn’t just your Luna ceremony. This is also your introduction to the pack as Levi’s mate. This ceremony links not just you and the pack but also you to Levi. It assures the pack of our future.” My breath caught in my throat. I knew becoming Luna was a big deal. Levi explained to me the responsibilities I would have, but future made me think of babies. Was I ready for that? Levi was such a gentle lover in bed, but we hadn’t gone that far yet. He was amazing, but any time I thought of s*x pain racked my body. The pain of my father forcing himself on me and the pain of the attack. How could it ever feel good? A shiver ran down my spine. Cha
