Chapter Nineteen

After I came out of the lift, I walked as quickly as possible to Liam and Demi's room. I knocked on the door, No answer, I knocked again, but louder. This time Liam answered the door.

'What took you so long?' I asked but once I realised Liam didn't have a top on, I shook my head. 'You know what, I dont wanna know. Is she nearly ready?' I asked Liam as I walked into the room, giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

'We weren't doing anything. I was in the bedroom getting changed and Demi's in the shower.' he replied, with a smile.

'Really nothing to do with me, Lee' I said with a smile back.

'Whatever, she's just getting ready, She says she'll be out in a minute. I gotta go and meet Mike and the guys. We need to set up for tonight.' He said, Putting his Misfits top. He walked back out of the bedroom and grabbed his keys.

'She will like it wont she?' He asked, worry clear in his voice.

'No, Lee, she'll love it. I'm sure.' I responded with a wide reassuring smile. He nodded and kissed my cheek before heading to the door. He grabbed the handle but paused and turned back around to face me.

'Look after my girl' He said in a sweet tone.

'Oh, she's your girl is she?' I asked, raising my eyebrows

'No, not yet, but after tonight, Who knows' He smiled before leaving the room.

Demi came out of the bathroom moments later. She ran over to me and gave me a giant hug.

'Happy Birthday Dee.' I told her after we broke apart from our hug. She smiled 'But you know what this means dont you?' I gave her an evil smirk before she could work out what I meant, I grabbed her arm and gave her her birthday beats and 1 extra for good luck. When I finished, She gave me a megadeath glare and started rubbing the top of her arm.

'Hey, I have an idea, let's go shopping, my treat for your birthday?' I suggested, she nodded her head and smiled.

'Great, then let's go.'

We walked out the door and to the lift, downstairs and out the door, Heading into town. I text Tom and told him the coast was clear.

'So, Where to first?' I asked since it was her birthday, I'll let her decide.

'Soho's' she screamed before dragging me into the shopping centre and all the way down to the shop. I have no idea how I'm gonna get her to buy something to dress-up in as her party is a dress-up one. She bought some gothic clothes but nothing that she could wear for tonight.

After we left Soho's we went and got a Starbucks before going to get something to eat at McDonald's. I decided to get us both a happy meal, as a joke.

People were looking at us because we had our Happy meals toys and were making them fight. We were laughing so hard. It was so funny. People were looking at us, we knew it but we didn't care.

When we left McDonald's we headed down to Claires to get some accessories. My phone went off in my pocket. I checked the caller ID. It was from Tom. I smiled at Demi. Who was over looking at the earrings? I moved closer to her so she could hear me on the phone. I answered it when I was sure she was looking at me.

'Hey, Tom, Whats up?'

'Hey, babe, We're gonna head out to this old building to set things up, Okay?' He told me.

'Okay, I'll tell her. I'll see you all later.' I knew she heard me.

'Are you making out I'm telling you something that you need to tell her' He asked, I could hear a smile in his voice.

'Yep,' I popped the p at the end. I hung up the phone and put it back in my pocket. Demi came over to me.

'Tell me what?' she asked, I sighed and tried to sound annoyed. What I said now was important. I had to convince her to dress up and come with me to the middle of the countryside on her birthday. Hmm......

'You're not gonna like it Dem.' I said, sighing again.

'What?' she asked, sounding worried.

'Well, that was Tom, he said that some of their friends from the festival have invited them to some fancy dress party' I said looking at her.

'Cool. Whats wrong with that?'

'It's tonight, and we have to go too,' I bit my lip hoops in annoyance. Dee knew I only did that when I was upset or pissed off.

'Oh... Well. I guess we should go. I mean, it's for the guys, right?' she said, putting a small smile on her face.

'Right. but it is your birthday'

'Oh, well, its a party. Come on, you said it was a dress-up one right?' She asked. I nodded 'well, let's go get something to wear' and with that, she dragged me all the way back to Soho's. Hooked, lined and sinker.

She decided she would go as a vampire. She bought a red and black corset top that had shoulderless arm sleeves but had puffy wrist and a long black gothic skirt to match. She got some black wedge shoes that had red ribbons that wrap around the ankle and up the leg. She also found some fake vampire fangs from the party shop downtown.

I, however, decided to go as an evil angel. I bought a dark purple and black strapless corset and a black matching tutu skirt that come to just below the knee with a dark purple undercoat to puff it out and a pair of black wedges like Demi' but they have purple ribbons instead of red ones. I found a big pair of black feather wings. We also got a couple of chokers to wear too.

I had no idea what the guys were gonna dress up like but whatever it is, I'm sure they will all look great. I'm not 100% sure what anyone coming as but I have a feeling that Black Veil Brides and Slipknot might just come in their stage make-up and masks, which would be sooooo cool. tonights gonna be so great.

Me and Demi were in her room getting ready for tonight, the guys still hadnt come back yet but I'm not worried. Me and Dem had got a shower and washed our hair. I had already dried mine, Demi was doing hers now. When she was done, we decided to do style hair and makeup, before getting dressed. Dem put in her blood red hair extensions while I straightened her hair for her. She put on some blood red lipstick to match and did her eyes smokey, and topped it off with black eyeliner. I, however, decided to go with black lipstick and black eyeliner and shadow. then it was time to get dressed.

Dem's top was easy for her to get into, mine, not so much. She had to tie me up, as the ribbons were at the back to the top. Then we finished getting dressed and put on our new shoes. Next was our accessories. I put on my earrings and my chocker, as did She. Then she put in her fangs while I put on my black wings before sliding on my small purple horns.

'Ok, We are officially all done, and we look sexy as hell' Demi said while looking at herself in the mirror.

'Not quite finished yet' I told her, pulling a small black bag out of my handbag. 'Here, there is a pair for me and you'

'They are so cool, where did you get them?".'

'That party shop' I had found a place that sold colour contact lenses. I got a red pair for Demi and a black pair for me...and THEN we were ready to rock.

'I just need to go and make a phone call, Is that okay?' I asked. She nodded so I got up and walked out into the hallway. I picked up my phone and called Mike.

'Hello,' I heard his strong voice on the other end of the phone.

'Hey, it's me, We're ready. Can we come?' I asked.

'Yeah, we're all here, Everyone arrived and we're all dress up. Liam's shitting himself though. when are you coming?'

'I'll leave with her now, Ok?'

'Ok sure, See you soon' He said.

'Ok, Bye matty'

'Bye babe.' He hung up and I went back to Demi.

We walked downstairs, everyone was staring at us, but we didn't care. The doorman told us our car was here and that it was waiting.

We got in the car and the driver drove off, away from the hotel.

It was about a 15-minute drive to where we were having the party. When we got there, It was quiet, creepy and very dark. We got out and walked over to the doors.

'You sure this is the right place Katie?' Demi asked from behind me.

'Well, this is where Mike said the party was so, I guess.' Ok, this was it.

I opened the doors and walked in. Once we were inside, I closed the doors behind us. The room was pitch black, Even though I knew what was going on, it was still pretty creepy.

All of a sudden, the lights came on revealing everyone standing around in the room, There was family, friends, rockstars and of cause the guys. They all looked so cool, all dressed up. I was right, all the BVB and Slipknot guys, except Joey, WERE dressed up in their stage makeup and masks. Then I saw the guys, they all had smiles on their faces, I could see Liam totally checking out Demi... Tom was looking at me too.

YAY!

Their outfits were pretty cool too, Mike was done up like Jason (Friday 13th), Ollie was done up like Freddy Krueger, Aaron was Frankenstein, Tom was dress as Sweeney Todd (the Johnny Depp one) and Liam was Dracula to match Demi's dress-up outfit.

'SURPRISE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEMI!!!!' everyone screamed.

She screamed, happily and ran over to hug Liam. Ah... Tonights going to be amazing!...
