Chapter Thirteen Jackson turned his gaze up towards the sky. It was early in the night. The Moon peeked out from the horizon. Its full, rounded tip arched over the city like a watchman. Jackson felt the beams of the Full Moon's rays shine on his hand, on the fingers that entwined with his brother's mate. The gesture was one of kindness and support; he told himself while his wolf purred in his head. There was construction in the parking lot and he didn't want her to trip over any loose gravel, he insisted while his wolf licked its chops.
