"What in the world?"
Sophie was confused and didn't know what to do when there were two beds placed in her room and, in a split second, Axel was inside the room.
Sophie just rolled her eyes. Her heart still hurt for the man next to her because she found out about the pixies. She became very irritable and said, "When will our contract end?"
"I want to go home."
Axel was taken aback. He knew Sophie would get mad but not this badly, so he was perplexed by how she acted.
Sophie, on the other hand, really doesn't want to leave because this is the safest way to protect her family, but she can't stand to side with someone who sees the pixies as cruel.
Something inside her was fighting her conscience, especially since she didn't really know what happened and she had no choice but to not talk
