THIRD PERSON POV
Adam quickly traveled to the hospital when he received a call that his son had an accident. His son is his top priority. He didn't want to leave Rachel, but his son needed him. He knows that Rachel will understand. When he arrived at the hospital, the doctor was still attending to his son.
“What happened?” he asked Katherine.
“He missed a step and fell down the stairs,” she replied.
“What did the doctor say?”
“Fortunately, nothing happened to his head, but he couldn't move his left shoulder.”
Adam breathed a sigh of relief because nothing happened to his son's head.
“Thank you for coming right away. Reighn was looking for you earlier,” said Katherine.
“You know how important my son is to me,” he replied to his ex-wife.
