RACHEL I've moved into my condo. It already has furniture, so I only need to buy pantry essentials. I went out to the supermarket to do some grocery shopping. I bought everything I needed. When I got out of the elevator, I frowned. My godfather was outside my unit, standing there as if waiting for me. He was holding a bouquet of flowers, which made me swallow hard. "Are the flowers for me?" I asked myself. "Why are you here and what are you doing here?" I asked him. "I just wanted to check if you're okay here," he replied. "I'm fine. You can see that, right?" I snapped at him. "For you," he said, handing me the flowers. I didn't want to take them, but he placed them in my hand himself. He quickly turned around and left.
