Chapter 4: Moon's Magic
Lucian’s face was close. Very close. Elara could see every line, every shadow on his skin. His silver eyes were wide, dark in the middle, shining silver around. Like the moon itself was in his eyes.
He moved his head a little. His lips came closer to hers. Elara held her breath. She waited. She did not know what to expect. But she wanted it. She wanted to know what it was like to be close to Lucian. To the Lycan King. To the wildness in him.
His lips touched hers. Softly at first. Like a question. Asking if it was okay. Elara closed her eyes. Yes. It was okay. More than okay. It was… right.
Lucian’s kiss changed. It was not soft now. It was strong. Sure. His lips pressed on hers. His hand on her face pulled her closer. His other hand went around her back, holding her tight.
Elara’s body felt strange. Warm and cold at the same time. Her heart beat very fast. Her head felt light. Like she was floating. Floating in the dark tent, with Lucian’s kiss holding her down and lifting her up all at once.
His mouth moved on hers. Soft and hard. Slow and fast. She felt his teeth, just a little. Sharp teeth. Lycan teeth. It was scary. And… exciting. Everything with Lucian was both.
She opened her mouth a little. Without thinking. Just felt like she had to. Lucian made a sound. Low sound in his throat. Like a growl. But not angry growl. Something else. Desire growl? Maybe.
His kiss got deeper. His tongue touched hers. Elara jumped a little. New feeling. Strange feeling. But… good. Very good. She kissed him back. She did not know how to kiss like this. Wild kiss. Lycan kiss. But she tried. She just did what felt right. What her body wanted to do.
Her hands moved on his chest. She could feel his muscles under his black coat. Hard muscles. Strong muscles. Lycan muscles. She wanted to feel more. She wanted to feel all of him. Wild man. Wolf man. King man.
The fire in the tent felt hotter now. Or maybe it was just her skin getting hotter. She felt hot all over. And… open. Open to everything. Open to Lucian. Open to the moon magic. Open to the Lycan inside her.
Lucian broke the kiss. Just a little. His lips moved to her neck. He kissed her neck. Soft kisses, wet kisses. Elara made a sound too. Small sound. Breath sound. Pleasure sound.
His teeth touched her neck again. Not soft this time. Sharp. A little pain. But not bad pain. Exciting pain. Wild pain. She moved her head back, to give him more neck. She wanted more. More of everything.
She felt his hand move up her dress. Under her dress. Cold hand on her hot skin. It made her jump again. But not back this time. Forward. Into him. Into the feeling.
His hand found her skin. Soft skin under the dress. He touched her gently at first. Then harder. Fingers pressing. Fingers moving. Making circles. Making fire on her skin.
Elara moved her hands to his hair. Dark hair, rough hair. She pulled on his hair a little. She wanted him closer. Closer and closer. No space between them. Just touch. Just feeling. Just… wildness.
Lucian moved back a little again. He looked at her face. His silver eyes were dark now. Dark with desire. Dark with… something else. Something deeper. Something she could not read. But she wanted to know. She wanted to read everything in his eyes. Everything in his heart. Everything in his Lycan soul.
“Elara,” he whispered. Her name again. Like a prayer. Like a promise. Like a command. “Moon’s magic,” he said. “Feel it?”
Moon’s magic. Yes. She felt it. In his kiss. In his touch. In the heat of her skin. In the fast beat of her heart. In the wild feeling inside her. Moon magic all around. And inside.
“Yes,” Elara whispered back. Her voice was shaky. Hard to speak. Too many feelings. Too strong.
Lucian smiled. Small, wild smile. He kissed her again. Not soft now. Not gentle. Hard kiss. Demanding kiss. Taking kiss. Lycan kiss.
He pushed her back, down to the furs on the ground. She fell back easy. Like she wanted to fall. Like she was meant to fall. Into his arms. Into his kiss. Into the moon magic.
He came down on top of her. His body heavy on hers. Strong body. Hot body. Lycan body. She felt small under him. But not scared small. Safe small. Wanted small.
He kissed her again and again. Face, neck, lips again. Everywhere. He could not kiss her enough. She could not be kissed enough. It was never enough. Always wanted more.
His hands moved on her body. Everywhere too. Under her dress. Over her dress. Pulling dress up. Pulling coat off. Clothes in the way. Too many clothes. Wanted skin to skin. Wanted to feel him all over.
Elara moved her hands too. Helping him with clothes. Pulling his coat off. Opening his shirt. Feeling his skin. Hot skin. Hard skin. Muscles under skin. Lycan skin.
She kissed his chest. Tasted his skin. Salty taste. Wild taste. Man and wolf taste. She liked the taste. She wanted to taste all of him.
Lucian made another sound. Louder this time. Not just growl now. More like… a moan. Desire moan. Need moan. He wanted her too. She knew it. Felt it. Needed it too.
He moved back a little again. Just enough to look at her. Full moonlight came into the tent now. Clouds moved away. Moon looked right down at them. Watching. Blessing? Maybe. Lycan moon. Watching Lycan love.
In the moonlight, Lucian’s eyes shone silver like fire. His face was wild. Beautiful and wild. Elara looked at him. She saw herself in his eyes. Small and human. But also… something else. Something Lycan. Something waking up. Something beautiful and wild too.
“Elara,” Lucian whispered again. “Look at the moon.”
Elara looked up. At the moon through the tent opening. Big and white and bright. Full moon. Lycan moon. Moon of magic. Moon of change.
She looked at the moon. And she felt it. The moon magic. It came down from the sky. Into the tent. Into her body. Into her blood. Lycan blood. Waking up blood.
She felt a change inside. Not just feeling now. Real change. Body change. Skin change. Bones change? Maybe. Everything felt… different. Stronger. Sharper. More alive. More… wild.
She looked at her hands. In the moonlight. They looked… the same. Human hands. But they felt different. Stronger. Like they could do more. Like they could… bite?
She looked at her legs. Under her dress. Could not see them well. But she felt them. Stronger too. Ready to run. Run fast. Run wild. Run with wolves?
She looked at Lucian again. His face was changing too. Not human face now. More… wolf face. Eyes more silver. Teeth more sharp. Skin more… fur? A little. Just a little. But changing. Becoming wolf. Becoming Lycan. In the moonlight. With moon magic.
He was not just man now. Not just wolf. Both together. Man-wolf. Lycan. King Lycan. And he was hers. Or… she was his? Both together. Man-wolf and woman-becoming-wolf. Lycan pair. Moon pair. Magic pair.
He moved over her again. Body to body. Skin to skin now. Clothes gone. Fire heat and body heat and moon heat all mixed together. Too hot and just right. Perfect heat. Lycan heat.
He looked at her face again. Silver eyes deep. “Change is coming, Elara,” he whispered. “Moon is calling. Your blood is answering. Let it happen. Let it change you. Let it make you… Lycan.”
Let it happen. Yes. She wanted to let it happen. She wanted to change. She wanted to be Lycan. Like him. With him. In this wild world. Under the moon.
“Yes,” Elara whispered back. “Change me, Lucian. Change me now.”
And he did. He kissed her again. Wild kiss. Changing kiss. Lycan kiss. And the moon magic came down. And the Lycan blood woke up. And Elara… changed.
