Anthony used to be a jerk, but Matthew and Susan never complained. However, they couldn't tolerate Anthony bullying Ashley and Emily any longer.
Susan's smile had disappeared, and she kept apologizing to Ashley. Matthew shouted, "Apology doesn't mean anything. Today, I'm going to show him what it means to be a man! Call him now!"
Seeing Matthew on the verge of exploding, Ashley quickly stopped Susan. "I'll call him."
The phone rang while Anthony was eating. Seeing it was Ashley calling, he quickly put down his burger, took a sip of Coke, wiped the grease off his mouth, and tried to look presentable, even though Ashley couldn't see him.
"Hello," Anthony answered.
"Matthew and Susan are here. Come over," Ashley said.
"What did they say?" Anthony was puzzled.
