Chapter 15 Reach An Agreement
Caitlyn's POV
Talon remained in my room throughout the night and vanished from the balcony before my father woke up. I lay on my bed, basking in Talon's lingering warmth, reminiscing about the warmth of the previous night.
"Caitlyn, rise early; the Alpha wishes to see you today," my father's voice emerged from the doorway, carrying a slightly serious tone. I had a sneaking suspicion that this meeting might still be connected to Talon.
"Very well, Father. I'll be there shortly." I rose from the bed and hesitated before opting for a more loosely fitting dress to conceal my stomach. As I gazed at the tousled sheets, a blush involuntarily spread across my face.
