I had no visitors to my knowledge on this day and the only person who would visit was away in Europe. I quickly threw the minimum of clothes upon my body and ran to the front door immediately. Upon opening the door, a man stood before me in a brown suit with his head lowered and holding a note toward me. His demeanor was an oddity as well as was his hat upon his head. I only saw a glimpse of his face as he seemed to smile toward me then turn away and walk out of view. I only knew this to be Mr. Edgar from the train, but he was no longer the same man.
