11 The morning came upon Mary and me without issue as it was the most comfortable sleep that I had felt in a long time. We had both awoken together shortly after feeling the warmth of the sun shining into the room. The world outside continued as it had the days before and did not seem different in any way. I knew that I had fallen asleep, but since I had no dream, I was not sure what had happened during the night. Yet I was relieved to have an emptiness within my mind rather than being tormented by otherworldly ideals. Nothing to stress my heart nor to make sweat bead down the side of my face.
