Chapter Seven
Evil Liar
Near the stark and lifeless reefs, goblin sharks circled in a spiral formation. They were high above the cave in the walls of the deep canyon. The sharks were so ugly, with beady eyes constantly darting here and there, forever keeping watch over the cave where Andee was being held captive. and stripped of all he had ever known and loved.
Inside the cave, Andee was totally covered in barnacles from head to toe. They even grew on his eyes which he could hardly open. He was slowly disappearing into the walls, never to be seen again.
Whatever little magic was left inside his body and mind was disappearing with each day, and it wouldn’t be long before he could no longer breathe underwater. He would surely drown; that’s if the barnacles didn’t get to him first.
