Two days passed after that and Kathleen was nowhere to be seen. Just yesterday, I find out that Kathleen was out on her day off from her replacement, an elderly man. Hearing this news immediately made me think that she's about to do what I asked of her.
I could have escaped with Kathleen, but no, I just had to stay behind. For reasons greater, I couldn't escape, not if I wanted to cause great harm to everyone, to Victor, to Michael, to Gabriel, and to Jason.
