Racheal’s eyes were closing off in exhaustion when she heard something that startled her awake. She sat up and stared at the snow globe, alert. She listened in silence, shocked at what her ears were hearing. To a normal person, the sound coming from the snow globe was just an innocent lullaby, but to her own music-trained brain, this was shocking.
