Morning came and Ari woke up alone in bed. She figured Kaden was downstairs so she quickly showered, replaying last night's conversation. She had an unrecognisable glow about her. She quickly got dressed and joined everyone that stayed over at the dining table.
Kaden walked in from the backyard a few seconds later, carrying a bucket of grilled sausage for Chelsea to finish preparing breakfast. Like her, he couldn't seem to brush the grin off as well.
"Someone woke up happy," Chelsea teased, giving him a good morning kiss on the cheek as she went back to dishing the food.
"Morning to you too," he said to Chelsea as he sat down next to Ari, his hand on her thigh. Then he turned to her. "How are you doing?"
