Omnipotent POV
The moment Anna and Evan disappeared beyond the ancient stone doors, silence settled over the chamber.
Golden flames flickered inside crystal lanterns mounted on the walls, their light dancing across the polished jade floor. Massive pillars carved with wolves and crescent moons stretched toward the high ceiling, giving the hall an ancient and sacred aura. The air carried the faint scent of sandalwood and old parchment, while the enormous moonstone embedded in the ceiling bathed the room in a pale silver glow.
Cassius stood motionless for a moment before turning toward the hidden inner chamber.
