It was quite enjoyable to just have drinks and laugh with Iroquois. I think it was the first time we weren’t purposely at each other’s throats. It is something about that grandma Cece that puts you at ease.
We head to Ronan’s office with Gerald joining us at the elevator. Some of my warriors step inside with us.
“Queen, you have a conference call after the meeting with Alpha Ronan. The clergy wants to be updated on the status of the land.” Gerald reads from his papers.
“I’ll meet with them right after this meeting. Hopefully, we will have some land options from Alpha Ronan.”
“You are looking for land?” Iroquois asks as we feel the elevator lift.
“Yes. That is why I’ve been traveling. I'm trying to find a new sacred place for my staff and I to reside.”
