Chapter two:meeting her for a deal

Gabriel POV

I was with my friends when I received a photo of the girl that will be my wife in three weeks time

“Is that your new chick?”James asked

which draw the attention of Mathew

“damn she is hot”he commented.

“Shot up,this is the b***h my parents wants me to marry”I said shouting at them

“You can’t compare her with Summer,she everything for me,I just don’t know why my parents won’t listen”I complain gulping down the wine in my glass.

The boys remain quiet waiting for me to make the next move,I quickly called Samson,he picked but didn’t say anything

“Hello,Sam”I said as I waited for his response only to be greeted with a smooth laugh,a girl’s.Even James and Mathew were also surprise as me,did Samson want to meet his girl friend,when I mean how did he have a girl friend,he hardly speaks to girls let alone look at them.....suddenly the girl’s voice brought me back to life

“ha ha.....you know what I like you,ha ha ha......I like the way you delivered your message,tell your boss I will be there,and make sure you pass it just the way you did here,I mean your robot mode attitude.and hope I see more of you these days cause I need this kind of attitude to keep me alive,and as for the pictures I don’t mind......it would have been nice to meet you all if it was in a different circumstances and situation,am sorry have a nice day”

“That’s her sir”Samson finally respond

Gabriel cut the call after that

“Seriously dude robot mode”Mathew said laughing

“Really poor Samson,he just got insulted by a girl”James added.

However I don’t care if she is pretty but her rudeness is no way for me I just hate her more,and the way she talked to my parents even made it worse.just then my phone rings out I check the caller and it was summer.

“Hello love,how are you”I asked

“Hey Babe can we meet tomorrow,I really missed you,you know”she request sweetly.

Why can’t my parents just accept her instead of that b***h that I barely know

“Sure see you tomorrow,and I promise we’re going to make the best out of it okay”I assured her,we have been together for three years and now that decided to settle down with her,my parents decided to play their own role,what a life!

“Sure Babe”she replied and hung up

“Guys am leaving”I said and strolled out

Next Day

I woke earlier than usual so as to make a deal with that hawk my parents choose as their daughter-in-law,since it was weekend I chose to wear jeans trousers,white T-shirt with a matching sneakers and left the room.

“We’re to this early morning”my mom (Mrs Ella Brown)asked as I step into the huge living room

“Off to meet someone”I said as I gave her a quick kiss on her forehead and left

“Come back early ok”she said and I just laughed cause I was actually going to do the opposite.

At the cafe,I asked her to come at 8:00in the morning and now it’s already 8:20 who does she think she is to keep me waiting “should I call her?”Samson asked

“No let me wait more”I replied,i actually brought him here so that he can identify her in case she shows up,but now she is nowhere to be found.All of a sudden something shabby stood in Front of me,I looked up only to meet a pair of glasses.and some sort of 80s century custom.who from hell is this woman

“Sir this is her,Becky Nicholas....please do have a.....”

She already sat her ass down before Samson could finish.honestly is this the girl my mom and dad praise so much,how rude And mannerless is she,not to mention she can’t even dressed modern seriously,I am beginning to doubt if she was the one Samson showed me yesterday.

Becky POV

I came late to the venue intentionally actually it’s more like a habit blah, I walked in,looked around and recognized Samson so I guess that is the clown,I walk briskly towards their table Samson was doing the introduction I decided to act rude so before he could finish his sentence I was already sitting down,oh you need to see the shock on his face when he looked at me like some sort of old woman,you don’t know what you’ve gotten your self into.

“So why are we here?”I ask not minding his glares

“He is Mr Gabriel Brown,the son of Bobby Brown and the CEO of Browns clothing line “

“Really Wow,wow,what,who,and how did I offend someone,that I had to get married to someone I don’t know in three weeks time and that too a DUMB?”I almost exclaimed really can’t he speak for himself

“How dear you speak to the boss like that”Samson thundered

“Then let him speak for himself”I shouted back,I can’t hold any of my anger and frustration anymore,if care is not taken then I will unleash it all on him

“Enough!!”his voice was calm but deadly cold,but that still didn’t hide the shock on his face I couldn’t help but give him a cold smirk

“You can leave now I will handle this myself”he ordered,and Samson left without hesitation

Tsk tsk power they say hmm

Now he is looking at me like someone who stole something from him.

“What?you called me here,and don’t think I came running so as not to upset you,I care less if everything happening right now,so if you have any thing important to say just spit it i have no time for long talks,because am not interested in knowing you okays...so speak”I said after maintaining the eye contact for a while I wasn’t willing to lose

“Neither am I interested in you,i mean look at you,using the word beautiful is an understatement,you’re ugly total ugly okay i don’t know why my parents chose you over summer,you can’t even compete with the least ugly persons let alone with her”Gabriel said coldly

Wow he thinks he can just say whatever he wants and then just walk away,let him finish Becky,let him finish.

“I am here to tell that I already have a girl friend and I will be getting married to her after one year of this marriage so you know we will get divorced after one year and in this marriage you do yours and I do mine just don’t interfere in my business,relationship and everything about me do you understand except for some few occasions that the company would the presence of a wife in the company.understood”Gabriel asked

I don’t really know about you,but that was one touching speech,and moments i ever had so i was moved to clap my hands not minding attracting other customers

“Bravo,Bravo superb”I said giving him a flying kiss ,you need to see his face,anger mixed with awe.

“Firstly I can’t compete with your girl friend, she has to do that,because I will be your wife in three weeks time,secondly you don’t have to bother about me i won’t mind if you have more than one girl friend okay,am cool with everything,even if it means for you to take one of your girls to the company’s party as well and as for the divorce I will be waiting patiently for it and I hope you apply those roles to your self as well don’t interfere in my business.have a nice day” I stood giving him a smirk before leaving who the hell does he think he is Grumpy man,argh!.
