Chapter Seventeen: A Family Welcome
Dominic stood beside Amber as they descended the grand staircase. She was still adjusting to the warmth of pack life, but each step into this new world felt slightly more comfortable. Her nerves had settled somewhat after the talk with Dom earlier, but the weight of the unknown still hung over her. The grandeur of the Alpha suite and the sprawling mansion did little to ease her lingering apprehension.
