Chapter Five

Step 1 Befriend the puppy

"Hey Kalvin come sit with us?".

I asked every time I saw him at lunch he only ignore me glaring me down during the classes we had together or bumping me in the halls whenever he got the chance.

Ok so step one isn't working I'll just skip these.

Step 6 Be firm Don't physically hurt him!!!

Ok so be firm he bumped me almost knocking me over and I grab his ears dragging him in the corner.

"What do you think your doing?"

He was a little caught off guard and walked away.

Ok let's see if that worked I intentional walked close to him each time but he didn't bump me ok so next step.

Step 7 Teach him tricks Reward him after!

I smile at the little dog bone drawings on the paper she had given me, ok maybe this step isn't for him since he's not a actual dog what the heck might as well try I took out my phone and texted him.

Fletcher: I'm coming over for the project.

Kalvin: no your not I don't want you at my house.

Fletcher: Ok I'll be over ;)

"Why are you over my house?".

I push past him and went to his room.

"What other puppy stuff do you have?"

He stood by the door arms folded fuming in angry silence so cute.

"Hey I'm not the bad guy here".

"You are your blackmailing me".

"I'm not I'm helping you to get rid of your bully ways".

"Which doesn't involve pet play so leave me alone and stop leaving milk chocolate in my locker".

"Oh so you did taste them".

"I can tell without tasting them".

Total lie I stared at him for a sec.

"Let me pat your head".

"No".

"Come here".

"No let's just do the homework"

"Not until you let me pat your head"

He huffed and walk over to me kneeling I gently pat his head.

"Wow your hair is really soft".

"So what if it is?".

I ran my fingers thought his hair.

"That's enough".

He grumbled even tho he was leaning into my touch.

"Give me your paw".

He put his hand in mine.

"Good boy!"

His eyes widen after he realize and he swat my hand away.

"I'm not your puppy so stop messing with me".

He got his laptop and started typing next to me.

"I'm interested in being your Owner"

"f**k off"

He ignored me and only answered questions to do with the assignment.
