The Honeycomb
The noise near the sickbay disturbed Ash and he rose from his bed to see what was going on in early morning beside his quarters. Ash walked to the front yard, he stood on the rim of his door. Horses were standing beyond the fence of the sickbay. Ruti came and stood beside him offering him a cup of tea and said, “They are for you. A new mission.” Her voice seemed sad but clam Ash took the cup and replied, “Good morning.” One of the soldiers came to him seeing him staring at the horses. “Commander in chief, we have a message for you the king wants you in immediate action.” Ash sipped the tea and said, “Written orders for me.” The soldier handed him a scroll. Ash turned towards Ruti and said, “See you at breakfast in few minutes.”
