Misunderstandings

Misunderstandings grew in Lom, he thought Ash has spread the venom in Rage and Swart also the news about assassination of made him furious. He gathered all the archers and decided to teach the squad a lesson. Lom reached the gallery of the battlefield with archers, but he was late the squad had completed the task. Furious in anger Lom ordered the troop of archers to fire at the unit.

Before Hrush or Ash could speak for the explanation the arrows were unloaded. Rage got up and used his technique, ‘Glave Grinding’, the glave thrown by Rage cut down all the arrows that were fired were cut down by the glave. Before the archers could load again Hrush applied his technique, ‘Drilling Sword’ on the sealed underground path through which Ash escaped.

The seal broke down Rage and Hrush went inside the passage. Ash stood on the entrance for Swart but due the injury Swart turned slow and the archers again unloaded the arrows before Swart could reach the entrance, many arrows pierced through his body. Ash went up to him and carried him on shoulders up to the entrance. Before another wave of arrows landed on them, the unit was under the safe roof.

Swart was heavily injured he was not even able to walk due to injuries. Ash was assisting him, Hrush suggested, “Take him to a safer place Ash he need medical assessment. Hope the wounds are not serious.” “It was all my mistake I should not have taken him for the task. Big brother I will take him to Tirga.” said Rage. “No Rage, I know a safer place, where medication is done good. And you stay with Hrush he needs your help as very few people in the palace had seen you.” Ash replied. Hrush spoke, “Good then from front you take a right it will lead you the safe stable. I and Rage will take a right to the safe house in city and block the way after you left.” According to plan the troop got separated they bade each other a final farewell and left on their ways.

The twilight was making the atmosphere happy, the stars were twinkling in the sky. “It’s my turn now, you can get down and have some rest.” the watcher below the tower shouted. The one on the top replied, “Yes why not?” The annual carnival of the planarian village, Nan was to be celebrated from the next day. The planarian village was the medication center of the white kingdom, the planarians lived here were doctors. They hold all type of spells and potions for every disease and injury.

As the watcher was getting down, he saw in distant a horse rider coming towards the village and there was a body too hanging behind the horse. The watcher shouted, “A horseman with a body.” the watcher below responded, “Danger or safe.” “Can’t say. Away from the sight range.” the watcher from below shouted. The watcher went to the far seeker and asked him to see the horseman. “Man, from royal service.” the far seeker replied. “Safe. Let them come in.” the watcher ordered the watcher above.

The horseman entered the gate, the watcher asked for royal permissions. The horseman showed the letter with royal stamp, the watcher studied it, “What’s your good name?” the watcher asked. “Sergeant Ash.” The watcher stood up on his guards and saluted him, “Yes sire.” Ash asked, “Where does medic Resa live?” “The first house after the well of potion, which is on the right turn from here.” saying so the watcher pointed towards the pathway. “Thanks gentleman.” Ash replied.

Ash came in front of the house as told by the watcher, and started shouting “Resa, Resa.” A beautiful girl with a ponytail came out of the house. Ash saw the girl and asked, “Can I meet Resa?” the girl did not speak a word then came out another girl, beautiful with small hair and chubby cheeks. At first, she did not notice Ash and spoke to the girl, “Who is it Ruti?” and then she saw Ash and Swart lying on the back of horse.

“Big brother, what did happen to Swart?” the girl asked and came near the horse to help Ash lift up Swart. “It’s a long story, I will tell you later.” Ash replied, “first help him out of his wounds.” Ash and Resa carried the fainted Swart to a chamber, the chamber had one bed and a chair, and the rest of room was filled with potions and medicaments. The other girl entered the room with some cotton and other medical equipment and started treating Swart along with Resa.

Ash sat down on a chair, he was feeling weak at first, he thought it was due to long travel. “When did it happen?” Resa asked. “In the afternoon, before coming here I applied him a potion which I had.” Ash voice was turning faint. Ash checked his back which had some pain, blood was coming out from his back. “Are you all right?” Resa asked. Ash could barely hear her; his eyes were diming out and he fainted.

When Ash woke up, he saw the beautiful girl, she was checking some potions from the shelf. Ash tried to move but he was tied up with the bed also his armor, sword and other weapons were kept away in a corner. Ash recovered the strength that was left in him and asked, “Why tie me up lady?” the girl turned at Ash, she was beautiful, her face glowed up as if the twilight was flushed up on it. She replied to Ash, “You were struggling a lot during treatment.” Ash asked, “What kind of treatment?” “Wounds on back that needed eight stiches each.” the girl replied.

Ash reminded that while saving Swart he too was shot with arrows, but he neglected it. “Those are minor scratches they will get fine.” saying so Ash tried to move but pain rose in his back. “I told you to be quiet. You need rest.” the girl replied. But Ash tried to move, suddenly she inserted something in Ash’s neck. “What did you do to me?” Ash asked, “Ways to make you quite.” Ash fainted, the girl smiled at him and left the chamber.

In the royal palace of Vasari, things were being good. Lom investigated about the death of Dan and he came front with the fact that, Dan was the victim of venom. Lom send his heralds throughout the kingdom and asked unit revenger to return. Hrush and Rage heard the message and got back to the palace. They were welcomed by Lom and asked for forgiveness. Hrush and Rage carried out their task of filtration in the palace. Blood of every person in palace was checked and if anyone found victim of venom was eliminated.
