The day after gone in hurry.. Yeah they were her friend and tomorrow I’ll make them have their time but in my presence. [Sigh] I don’t know if she can feel this mate bond or not but for me it’s possibly resistant to stay away from her. Well the night fall now.

(In our room)

Me : Hii..

Mae : Hello..

Me : So, wanna tell me a bit about your life in your pack?

Mae : I.......I doubt that........ WIll you understand it or not.

Me : There’s only one way to know it... Tell me and we’ll see it.

Mae: I.. I don’t want to be the luna. I want to leave.

(I skipped heartbeat after her words. She wanna leave, M’I not good for her? Do she knows that who I’m ? Do she knows I was the reason of her father’s death? I just.. don’t know what to say and how to process this thing.)

Mae : Carter it’s just I don’t know if I deserve these people or not . Or do I deserve you or not.. You don’t know I... I’m full of scars, cuts, wounds everything. I had been through a life that you will not understand. I’m just not the type of girl who can be a luna. The one who can be your mate. I ain’t beautiful but ugly. I ain’t powerful but weak. How possibly can I make the pack work when I myself was captive of my step mother since years. Since..[sigh] my father died. My step mother always used to beat me, cut me, keep me locked with silver chains and (sob) she never let my wolf take over and help me. When once my wolf came she was so scared of her that she kept me captive and tied a chain with wolfsbane on my neck.

(With that she cried more and untucked the scarf of her neck, her mark was clearly visible and it was deep as she said. I growled hard, unwantedly I did scared her and she flinched over my hard growl. Due to my growl my mother mind linked m in less than a second.

Mother : What happend Grey.?

Me : Her step mother, that b***h chained her from neck with wolfs bane solution and silver chain.. I just wanna take her head out of her body.

Mother : Relax Grey, you’ll scare Katie with all this. Your anger is possibly right but please give her time and then react.

Me : Okay mom, I feel you are right.

With that I cut down the mind link with my mother and concentrated on Katie )

Me : I’m sorry I didn’t wanted to growl I just got angry about how much pain you had to go through. Can I possibly talk to your wolf if she can come?

Mae : I don’t know she doesn’t..........

(Mae’s POV : With his command I felt Rain take over, my eyes were dart green and she was also scared facing the alpha like this) 

Rain : Hello Alpha. (Bowed in front of me)

Me : Please there is no need to bow, you are my luna and you are equal to me, no matter what. I just wanted to talk to you in concern of your abilities. Look, I do know what Mae had gone through in her past life, I suggest you both to have few ability training with me and team so that next time you can overpower any enemy easily. A person’s real power is his/her wolf and their own heart and mind abilities. I want you to help Mae in everything and you will always respond to her from now on.If you won’t become ONE with her it’ll be hard for her to survive like this and without your guidance she won’t be able to be the Werewolf she should become. Of course she is the luna but every werewolf should befriend with their wolfs too. That’s what makes them complete.

Rain : Yes Alpha.

Me : It’s Carter please and can I please have your name? If you have any?

Rain : I’m Rain. Thank you Carter for your offer of training I shall return to my place and let Mae decide it. But for me it’s good to practice.

Me : Very well.Thank you Rain.

(With that blink Mae came back and her pupils became normal again.)

Mae : Hey.

Me : Hi... So, I had word with Rain but she said it should be your decision if you wanna practice or not. But let me tell you one thing this training is not because I wish you to be the Luna, but also so that you can protect yourself in every sought of combat. In fact you’ll become a great warrior as you can resist Silver to high extent unlike any other warrior.

Mae : (Blushed ) Thank you alpha, I guess I should thank my step mother for that.

(I was about to growl again when I heard her chuckle)

Mae : Now don’t growl again that was just metaphorically I said.

Me (Rubbing back of my head with my right palm ) : Yeah sorry.

Me : It’s not that late.. I was thinking if you wanna go for a run ?

Mae : Really ? M’I allowed for that ?

Me : Of course you are allowed to go for a run but just please go with me as you are new here and I don’t want you to get harm. It’s just a request please don’t misunderstand me with being bossy or commanding you.

Mae : I understand that’s okay. Please lead the way.

(We came outside the pack house and it was 10 pm yeah quite a night but not too much.. We are wolf’s we lives in dark. It’s hommy in dark. When I changed myself into Storm I became the 6′6 the huge wolf. My eyes became calm as Ocean now. I looked at her and nuzzled her to take her wolf frame. She gone towards the side of the wall and changed her form. When she came back I was astonished to look at her. She was SILVER WOLF.? How can that be possible? Silver wolf’s are extremely rare and they are said to be direct commanders of Wolf Goddess . Wolf Goddess makes someone a Silver Wolf once in 100 years to become the ruler and set new rituals and decisions guided directly by her. That’s one of the prophecies coming down since ages in wolf’s clan. Looking to her like this and known to the prophecy I bowed to her in respect and paying my gratitude to her. To which she became shy and looked towards her paw. I don’t think she knows anything about the prophecy and her place in the clan.

Well though she is a rare and special wolf but her size was tiny, she was a foot and few inch smaller than me. I surely chuckled looking at how small she is. Her Wolf was incredibly beautiful. Silver smooth fur with green eyes and little paws fit for her size. Her face was in wolf form but still beautiful . Her eye lash were black and thick, making her green eyes cover when she blinks and makes her appear like an true angel she is. She looked at me and as if asking something she gave me a confused look. I mind linked her in wolf form )

*Even if the wolf don’t belong to same pack but can still talk using mind link in wolf form that’s how they communicates*

Me : You are beautiful.

Mae : Thank you Carter.

Me : Let’s start with a slow run towards the North and then makes it fast. Okay ?

Mae : Okay.

(With that we started our journey towards the North. We started as slow and then started diving with the winds, we soon reached to the cliff and I gave a happy howl to which she followed. She gave a cheerful howl by herself. That was amazing to listen. It was a music to my ears she wasn’t this happy since the day she came here. )

Me : So did you liked it?

Mae : I loved it. Thank you Carter it means alot for me. I wasn’t able to shift myself since 4 and half years. It feels new again.

Me : This is my favourite spot. When I didn’t had you I used to come here after attending any other alpha’s Mate ceremony. I looks towards the Moon Goddess and used to ask her when will I become lucky enough to get my mate and when can I announce my Mate’s ceremony. (I looked at her she was looking at her paws on the name of Mate ceremony. I thought she didn’t liked that idea so I immediately said) Hey, don’t worry I’ll wait for you to accept me till eternity. I’m here and all other stupid alpha’s can wait for attending my ceremony. I don’t need anyone’s approval but just yours. It’s only you who should accept me and my wolf no one else is needed.

(Rain purred listening to this, I chuckled to which Mae instantly said)

Mae : M sorry she just ... liked it.. may be..

Me : That’s sweet to know. May be, we should head home now it’s getting really late.

Mae : Okay.

(With that we started leaving for pack house and when we got there we changed in human forms and changed to night clothes, wished each other good night and drifted in sleep)
